We offer private 75-90min lessons for students of all ages. The lesson covers: safety skills, equipment knowledge, core technique, & SUP etiquette. We can also arrange lessons for larger groups and families.

This class is not just about paddling; we incorporate a series of exercises utilizing the paddle to further isolate and strength train the core.
